1. What are your hours?

Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard.

 

3. Will you file a claim with my insurance company, or is that my responsibility?

No, Pay at time of service, get receipt for insurance.


4. How are emergencies handled after hours? Is there another doctor that sometimes takes call or covers for this doctor?

I respond to most calls 24 hours a day. When I am out of town there is another physician that can see you in an emergency.

 

5. Where are you located? Do you have any other locations?

My office is in North Central San Antonio.

6. Do you have a wheelchair to help me from my car to the office or vice versa?

We do have a wheelchair and our office is equipped to accommodate wheelchairs.

 

7. Is there anyone in the office who is bilingual or multilingual? If so, what languages are spoken?

Everyone in my office, including myself, are bilingual: English and Spanish.

 

8. What is the age range of the patients you see?

From adults to the elderly.

 

9. Are you seeing new patients? How soon can I be seen?

New patients are always welcome. Emergencies are immediately seen. Routine appointments are scheduled within a two-week period.

 

10. Where should I park?

Parking is available all around our building.

 

11. Do I need money to park? If so, how much?

Parking is free at our location.

 

12. What is your policy for releasing records?

A consent form needs to be signed. There is a charge of $25.00.

 

13. Do you have a nurse on call, if I have questions after I leave?

A knowledgeable assistant is available during office hours. I am available for emergency questions after hours.

 

14. Do you charge for a "no show?"

There is a charge of $75.00.

 

15. What hospitals are you affiliated with?

All of the Baptists hospitals within San Antonio (there are 5).
